JP is a full blooded border collie and does have papers. JP is a great dog, we just don't have the space for a dog of this breed. He was given to my wife as a gift without asking if we wanted a dog. He needs a place to run around and we live in a neighborhood with a small yard. He is true to his breed and has a lot of energy, and just needs the area to let it out, someone who is able to give him that dedicated time, of course lots of affection.
