My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Max is a BORDER COLLIE MIX PUPPY-if you've got the time, energy, and patience his training will require read on... his foster Mom says

"Max is housebroken, loving and energetic. He is a 7 month old border collie mix and weighs about 40lbs. He loves walks and catching/chasing sticks. He still pulls on the leash but is getting better everyday. He knows "sit" and "down" well and is working on "stay" and "release". He does wonderful with older teens and adults; and loves to cuddle and sleep by your feet.

He barks anxiously at small children until he gets to know them, then is protective of them.

He chases cats and I haven't been able to figure out a way to stop him.

He loves to go for walks and is a great hiking buddy

He'd probably do great in a home with an older dog to show him the ropes.
