Happy is a sweet gal who enjoys hanging out with people.She loves to be carried around. She is house trained. She is good with other dogs and people. She loves to go for his daily walkies.

She is an owner surrender (siblings with Neighbor). We would love to see Happy and Neighbor go to a home together, but they could be separate if we cant find a home for them to be together.
Unfortunately, the owner is moving out of the country and going to China. The city policy in China would not allow Happy to join her human family. The policy only permits 1 dog and within a certain weight limit. Their new living situation already has a dog at the house.

She is healthy. She is spayed and vaccinated for rabies and 4-in-1.
