My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Neighbor is a very loving dog who loves to be with other people and dogs. He is house trained. He enjoys his daily walkies and spending time meeting other dogs too. He also knows a few tricks, shake, roll over, and other tricks.

He is an owner surrender (siblings with Happy). We would love to see Happy and Neighbor go to a home together, but they could be separate if we cant find a home for them to be together.
Unfortunately, the owner is moving out of the country and going to China. The city policy in China would not allow Neighbor to join his human family. The policy does not allow more than 1 dog per household and required to be under a certain weight limit. Their new living situation already has a dog at the house.

He is healthy. He is neutered and vaccinated for rabies and 4-in-1.
