My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

George was rescued minutes from death at a high kill shelter in Texas. He's a Shepherd mix, about 3 years old and 50-55 lbs.
He's a shy guy who needs help warming up. He'll take food from your hand, but he's reluctant to do so. George will need a patient person to work with him, and show him that he's safe and can come out of his shell. Despite being somewhat nervous and shy, he's definitely people friendly, and he does well with other dogs. He's also currently going through obedience training.
George is currently with one of our boarding partners in Texas, but transport can be arranged to an approved adopter!
