My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi i'm Maya! I am 11 weeks old and the vet thinks I am a dachshund mix. Right now I am only about 7 pounds but I will probably be between 20-30 pounds once I am full grown. I am so excited to find my forever family. I love to nap on my foster moms lap and give my foster family lots of kisses and snuggles. I am good with other dogs but I can be nervous around super hyper pups. I would love a chill doggy brother or sister. I would do best in a home with older kids because I am so tiny. I enjoy being held and taking long naps on the couch. My little legs are too short for me to jump on the couch so I sit next to it and cry when I would like to go up. My foster mom tells me I’m really really cute. I like to follow my foster mom around the house. I am learning to go potty outside and so far I am doing very well. I like to burrow under blankets and pillows, it makes my foster family laugh. Of course, I am still a puppy and will need lots of training in my forever home.
