We think Frankie is just too adorable! Little Frankie is the sweetest Maltese mix, a little over a year old and weighing 19 pounds. Frankie loves everyone and everyone loves him. He is quite social and enjoys playtime with all the dogs he meets. Frankie has a higher energy level and enjoys all the fun stuff but also getting cuddles from his humans. He would enjoy living with a big family and also other pets.
When rescued by our sister organization in Mexico, Frankie had a lumbar fracture, which was probably caused by an auto accident. As a result of that Frankie has incontinence problems. His foster family in Calgary has him wear a diaper when he is inside the house and ideally we would like to find a home for him with a nice yard where he can spend lots of time outdoors so that he doesn’t have to wear it all day. His condition is very manageable for a family who is willing to make sure that he stays on exactly the same diet and helps him with daily bowel stimulation. Frankie is a happy and affectionate pup and we are hoping to find a loving family for him who is willing to deal with a little pee and poop in exchange for having the most fun and loving darling dog!
