My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Jackson was found as a stray but was obviously cared for being he was found. Jackson comes across as a bit shy when you first meet him but he warms up quickly to people with enough head scratches and rubs. He is an overall mellow dog who is content with just sitting by your side and awaiting the occasional head scratch and belly rub. He is not much of barker except to tell you someone is at the door otherwise he is pretty quiet. He lets you know when it is time for his head scratches by resting his head on your lap. He seems to prefer people over dogs. He is currently living with another mellow dog and seems to do well with mellow dogs but is wary of high energy dogs. He’s potty trained, crate trained and hoping to find him the best home!
