My story

Hi, I'm Pax! I am a male 2 year old purebred, Australian Shepherd and I weigh 78 pounds! Yes, I am a big boy, but I am very gentle and friendly. I am house broken, leash trained, and I will snooze on long car rides. UTD on all of my vaccines, microchipped, and neutered. I am being fostered in Wichita Falls, TX!

Pax loves squeaky toys, his foster siblings, and lounging around the house. Pax is low energy and very laid back, but does like to play sometimes! He has manners, and wont get on the furniture or beg for food! Not food aggressive, in fact, he always tries to share his food. Pax gets along well with other dogs, new and familiar, but prefers a sibling close to his size. He is very much a 'velcro' Aussie. He follows his foster mom everywhere. He's more interested in humans than the other dogs. If his new home has children, they should be a bit older. Unsure of cats, as he has never been around one here. Sometimes Pax is nosy when nobody's around (inside and out), so he might need to be crated - but not for too long - if there are things he can get into. He does need a very secure yard to play in!
