Ritta is believed to be around 3 years old and a chihuahua dachshund mix. She was unfortunately surrendered to a county shelter with two other dogs due to her family moving and unwilling to take the dogs with them. When she was brought to the shelter she was covered in fleas which her skin was having a bad reaction to. This caused her to have hair loss. Luckily, this probably was very easy to treat and her hair has already started growing back. Ritta is spayed, up to date on vaccines, heartworm negative, and will be microchipped. She is such a love bug and is looking for a wonderful family to give her lots of attention. In return she will give you lots of kisses back. Ritta is on the submissive side does roll over when new people approach her. She does have a few special scratch spots, and if you manage to find one of them she will show you her goofy smile. She has done great with the other dogs she has been around and is doing great with crate training. She will continue to need work with house training, but she does pretty well if taken out regularly. She also will use pee pads while inside. If you are interested in making this wonderful girl apart of your family please fill out an application for her
