My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Keno is a young (born approx 1.12.18) neutered male Akita. Keno is up to date on vaccines, microchipped, heartworm negative, on flea/heartworm prevention, house trained, crate trained, and leash trained. Keno comes to us all the way from Crystal Lake, Illinois. He found himself in the shelter there several times because his mentally unstable owner wasn't caring for him. Finally he was confiscated from the owner and we were able, with help from Brandy Ketchum of ARROW, to get him transported to us. This young guy is super sweet and friendly! He loves to sit and give paw or give hugs! He also has attended doggy daycare and would do best in a home as an only or with the right female. He also would be fine in a home with cats!
