Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Our sweet Bunny's birthday is October 20, 2018. She's currently a whopping 9 months old and a hefty 15 pounds. She's energetic and very smart. This little girl has an incredibly sweet-nature, is friendly and loving.
Bunny is dog friendly (has experience with small sized dogs). She has not displayed any prey drive with rabbits, so may be good with a structured introduction and supervision with cats. She can be a nice match for school-age, dog knowledgeable kids.
This gal has good recall skills. As is true of the breed, she may decide that what she is doing is more important than coming to you right away. She's curious and quite the explorer.
Bunny does not have much experience walking on a leash. Her first choice is to jump up and tell her human, "please pick me up......this leash stuff is for the birds". She can learn how much fun it is to be on the end of a leash, enjoying all the wonderful smells on the ground.
For such a young pup, Bunny already has some nice manners. She is a good little watch dog but also respects "enough" and "quiet now". She is crate trained. She loves her play time outside in a securely fenced yard. Supervision is a must because she's dainty and fast. It's very important to be with her humans. She's faithful and wants to enjoy life with you.
The adoption process starts with a completed application. The form can be found on our website www.secondchancedogs.net
Bunny's adoption donation is $325 with $250 of that amount being tax deductible. All funds go to dog care.
