My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

We've come across many kittens, and it's safe to say that Bridget is extremely unique and special! She's just so determined to be the world's best purr machine and lapcat, and we think she'll achieve her dreams!

She's really ready to find her forever home, and although a little timid when you first approach, as soon as you gently pick her up she starts purring! She loves to play too, and slowly explore her new spaces.

We think she'd be amazing many types of home, but we'd love to find her some humans who have a calm home and the time and attention to give her all the snuggles and lap cuddles she loves!

Bridget began her life in a lush, green community garden in Bed Stuy. She was rescued at about 8 weeks of age on 06.20.19 and so quickly warmed up to indoor life. She's being fostered in Bed Stuy, and would love you to come and meet her.

She's free of fleas and parasites, spayed, vaccinated, microchipped and tested negative for FIV/FelV. Bridget has a small "ear tip" in her left ear - which is a standard procedure in "trap-neuter-return" of street cats. We hope you find that this adds to her charm!
