My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi!! My name is Kiwi, and I am a fun-loving six month old pup. They think I am a mix of lab and hound, and my foster mom thinks they are right because I have a great temperament and love to go on long walks to look for birds and squirrels!!

I used to be a very shy little girl, but now I am the mayor of the neighborhood and greet all the humans and their dogs when I go on walks or play in the dog park. I am especially gentle with the older doggies and my foster mom thinks that is very sweet of me.

Since I have a strong liking for the birds and squirrels, a forever home with pocket pets or birds may not be the best for me. Cats are unknown at this point, I do have one cat friend in the neighborhood but avoid the rest of them.

Right now I live with another dog friend and two older children and we all get along great. I am crate trained and love bones and toys. Please come and meet me…you won’t be able to resist my cute freckled nose!!!!
