Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Abby is my 70 yr old Aunts dog. I have had Abby stay with me when I lived in CA but I live in Washington now. When Abby stayed with me, she was very sweet & tolerant of my then, 1 year old child, she played happily with my older Rottweiler mix dog, and she was good with my fat, indoor cat. She is a loving pet but is to much dog for my older, now, very ill Aunt. My Aunt has had her for 5 years. In the last two years she has had to get help with walking Abby.
The unfortunate reason my Aunt MUST rehome Abby is because, about 2 weeks ago, the dog walker did not have Abby securely on her leash and a small dog who was off leash began to antagonize her and Abby pulled off her leash and went after the small dog. The small dog owner pressed charges through the local shelter and Abby was quarantined. Upon release back to my Aunt's care, the small dog's owner went to the HOA and insisted that they both be evicted. If Abby does not find a new home by this Friday, she will be put to sleep.
