Phoebe is part of a bonded pair of lovely sisters. She needs a loving human where she and her sister Ophelia will thrive. She loves looking out the window from her cat tree and enjoys her naps throughout the day. She would be better suited with her sister in a home without young children. She is a lovely long haired lady. Phoebe and her sister were surrendered to our shelter because their human could no longer take care of them.
