My story

"VIDA" is a strikingly gorgeous, 1 yr old, 50 lb. Labrador Retriever mix female whom we rescued from a very high kill pound. Vida is super affectionate, sweet, well-behaved, obedient, playful girl who loves people and is passive/submissive with dogs. She is easy going with other dogs, LOVES kids, responds well in social situations. Vida is good about staying off the furniture & does well in the car, even in the car kennel.
Vida has been around older (8+ yrs old) children & was wonderful. She has not been cat-tested.

Vida has been spayed, micro-chipped, de-wormed, is current on vaccinations, on monthly heart worm preventative, crate-trained and house-trained. This rescue does not administer it's own vaccination shots. All of our rescued dogs' medical care has been administered by a licensed Veterinarian. All of our rescued dogs have been on a nutritional regime which includes high quality food and supplements (ex., pro-biotics; vitamins, etc). This is done to bolster their immune systems and overall health; the result benefits their adoptive family with a pooch who has a lustrous coat, bright shiny eyes, and happy and healthy disposition.
