Kellie is 5lbs of pure love and is bursting with love, energy and fun! She is a 6-month old Deerhead Chihuahua who was found in a wooded area by a house. She was skinny, dirty and had very long toenails. After a diligent search for an owner Kellie was taken into rescue, vetted and is being loved and pampered waiting on her forever home. Kellie adores soft toys and will get every one of them out of her toy basket! She desperately wants to play with other dogs, people and even the cat (who is very grouchy towards her). At night in bed, she dives under the covers and sleeps peacefully until you get up. She does great on a retractable leash for walks and potty breaks. She is not completely house trained but is working it. She is a puppy in her chewing stage so she needs supervision and chew toys. Kellie is high energy at times and a sleeping angel at rest. She can jump into your lap or onto a bed or chair to be by your side. Kellie is also a pretty good car rider. Her only problem area being worked on is being mouthy/puppy (she is not trying to bite) b/c she gets overexcited. She is simply redirected when this happens. She also gives amazing kisses! Very small children not recommended as she does jump up frequently.

At Wags To Riches, we never charge more than $200 for our dogs, regardless of how much work they get done. We go above and beyond, micro-chipping each of our dogs, full vaccinations, dental cleaning (if needed), spayed/neutered, additional medications/procedures/surgeries that may be needed. We are a very small rescue and we work with independent transporters that will drive the dog from Alabama to your city. Their cost is usually $150 and they charge this separate from us, which is why the total cost is $350. NOTE: Adorable child does not come with dog, LOL
