Meet Brinley. This little 4 month old was taken by Cleveland Animal Care and Control when her owners left her tied up outside. She is great with other dogs, playful, has already learned sit and shake in her foster home and is learning how to be a puppy. She is working on her potty training. She is crate trained and loves her crate. She also doesn't mind cats so far. She enjoys swimming and running in her yard.
