Tina Turner is a two year old, 45 pound social butterfly. She LOVES people and wants to be wherever they are, doing whatever they are doing. She is learning house manners and catching on to using the doggie door to go potty outside. She is GREAT with other dogs (check out her video) of all sizes, temperaments, and genders. Her manners have improved in foster care- clearly her previous home didn't make any effort to teach her social graces so she is learning to keep all feet on the floor (she loves to pop up and give kisses) and catching on great. She takes a correction well and gets better every day! She is an active girl and will make a perfect partner for walks/ hikes/ runs and responds well to treats and praise so obedience training will be rewarding for both her and her person. Tina LOVES the water and thinks swimming in her doster mom's pond is the best fun ever. She was surrendered to a local animal shelter because her former owner had more dogs than they could care for and lucky for her, she was rescued in time. She has been an absolute gem in foster care and is ready for a home of her own. Check out her video to see how well she gets along with all of her dog friends!
A note from Tina Turner:
My people at CPR have one wish and that's for ME to have a home of my own for the holidays. Because they know that Christmas is a time of year for giving, they are giving my adopter a $100 break on my adoption fee. They hope that you'll use the $100 to get me some nummy treats or training. (Actually I want the nummy treats but they suggested the training....they are thieves of joy but I love them anyway)
