Happy is a sweet boy rescued from a hoarding situation. Happy is a submissive guy that gets along with other dogs and doesn't bother cats. He is learning basic commands and how to trust people in foster care. Happy walks well on a leash and is house trained. He is a little nervous about car rides, but once in the car, he is quiet and content. He is getting ready to be the perfect family dog. Please give him the forever home that he deserves.
