My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Simon is a very handsome Lab mix. We rescued him hours before he was set to be euthanized, all because he was so shut down and scared. When we first got him he'd flinch at human touch. Now with a little patience, love, and guidance he's turned into a wonderful boy. He has gotten along great with dogs his size (needs slow introduction) and little dogs. He could care less about cats too! He's great with children, though we'd like to find him a home with older children who can be respectful of him. He loves car rides and will try to sit in your lap while you drive or sit in the passenger seat next to you. He is house trained and crate trained. He sometimes prefers his crate as he knows that's his safe place where no one will bother him. Simon's ideal home would be a quieter one, where his adopters can be patient with him and understand his needs.
