Carl is a mellow laid back beagle that is sweet and gentle with his actions. Carl's past is unknown, However he is learning that not all people are bad. Carl is a little shy but warms up quickly,
Carl is good with other dogs, walks on a leash, is house and crate trained, current on his vaccinations, and is heartworm negative.
Carl will be neutered on June 17th and will be ready to find his forever family shortly there after.
