My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Mocha is a handsome, 55 lb, white and dark chocolate, male Pointer.  From his looks, he is probably more accurately described as an Old Danish Pointer rather than a German Shorthaired Pointer.  He is about 5 years old and has a cataract in his left eye.  This is a sweet boy from the Peachtree area of Cherokee County, NC where he showed up 4 years ago as a stray.  Mocha has been microchipped, neutered, is heartworm negative, and will have tests for cataract surgery to restore the vision in his left eye.  He is non-aggressive to other dogs, loves people, is house-trained and uses a doggy door.  Mocha appears to have good recall, coming back when outside of the fenced yards at his foster's cabin.  If you are interested in adopting Mocha, please call or text Ron Stoessell at 985-630-1613 or email him at ronstoessell@gmail.com.  Mocha was adopted by Doug Rich in Jasper,GA on 3/23/16.
