Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Dixie is a very sweet girl that experienced an unfortunate incident with the UPS man. She nipped him on the ankle after her owners grandson opened the door. It was a very minor incident, however, the delivery person was required to file an incident report which caused Dixie's owner to lose the pet insurance associated with her homeowners policy. She has had Dixie for 9 years with no other incident and has socialized her fully with other dogs and people. She just seems to get very protective of her human pack regarding delivery personnel. This is a behavior that can very easily corrected with the proper training and consistency required to break the habit.
She was very gentle and sweet upon meeting me, has checked out the yard and house thoroughly and is now laying at my feet.
At 10 years young she deserves a loving forever home to live out the rest of her days in the lap of luxury!
Dixie looks like a miniature Golden Retriever and with her fresh haircut you would mistake her for a puppy!
Contact us if you would like to meet Dixie. She's waiting to hear from you!
