My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

We got Whiskey from Pet Alliance - Orlando. He is a great dog who is already housetrained and great with kids. He will be 2 years old in September. We adopted him for our oldest son who is autistic, he begged to get him and to take care of him. However, our son not only did not realize what it takes to keep up with a dog, he has not really attached to him like we thought he would. Whiskey has gotten close with the other kids, but they are too small to handle him. He is nearly 75 pounds. I've had multiple health issues come up and I have to have surgeries and I am just not able to keep up. My husband also travels so it makes things harder, we have 5 kids, 1 with Down Syndrome. Our 4 yr old has also let him out several times and it is hard to recover him if he gets out. So he does need "recall/heel" training. He is a really sweet dog and mostly just wants to be close to you and lay at your feet. He reminds me of an old man with an old soul. I would hate to have to return him.
