Please meet Rex!

Our handsome boy is about 10-12 years young. He has a zest for exploring his fenced in back yard. Rex is blind and currently can see some shadows, however in the future he may be totally blind. The vet feels he may suffer from retinal degeneration. However this does not stop Rex from exploring and playing.

He loves his stuffed animals. Rex is also on some special food and medication, he will need to remain on this food to stay healthy. (KD food & Proin)

Rex does not like loud noises. He would do well in a home without children. He would be best in a home where an individual is home most of the time. He loves it when someone talks to him. When he is walking through the house he just needs someone to talk with him so he can follow your voice.

He is definitely a snuggle bug. He is unable to jump on the couch or the bed, however he loves it when you put him next to you on the couch or bed. In the bed he stays put until morning, well most nights he will inch close enough to touch his human and feel safe.
