Luna is a very special needs little lady. When she was a puppy she was attacked by a large dog which caused nerve damage and made her front legs criss cross under her. She has adapted to walking on her wrist and gets around amazingly well. A few months ago her mom needed to rehome her and did so to a family member who took her to the country and dumped her defenseless with her disability. That's how she came to KRR. Since in rescue she has had one front leg removed in order to fit in her custom wheelchair. Due to lack of time in the rescue, we have not had proper time to work with the chair to get her used to it. Luna is a kissy, loving girl that loves hugs and attention and wants to be part of a family. She will come with her wheelchair and instructions and contact info for working with her. She needs out of rescue and into a home that has time to work with her. I want nothing more than to see her run for the first time in her life. Do you have time? Please note all dogs are located in San Antonio, TX. We advertise out of state due to the critical pet overpopulation problem here in the south. We use Your Texas Rescue Connection to transport the dogs to your area. They are all up to date and come with a health certificate. The fee is $170 adoption and $160 transportation = $330.
