My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Boxer lovers hold on, you're going in head over heels. Fun loving Lucy is about a year old. Coming in at a nicely sized 42lbs, she's perfectly portable. Very, very sweet and submissive. She has some puppy energy, but it is easily channeled and she looks for direction. She is interested in cats, but with training and good supervision should do well with them. Great with other dogs, loves to play. Great with people and kids, not too jumpy or wild. So far she does good in the crate, is very quiet, working on housebreaking, learning to walk well on a leash. If you're looking for a summertime adventure partner who will snuggle with you at night, Lucy is YOUR girl. She was rescued from a high kill shelter in california and is now ready to call the PNW home. There is an adoption contract and will include a home check.
