My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Queenie is a strikingly beautiful girl that came to us from a shelter in CA. She had a new litter of puppies which she took great care of. They are weaned now and it’s time for momma to relax and enjoy life. She is timid at first, many things appear to be new to her. She warms up to men and women, she has not yet been around children. She is sweet natured and will retreat if scared. She may do best without very young children or a very busy home. She is smart and playful, with continued positive based training she will be a very good girl. She is housebroken but does like a chew toy or 10. That can be a dog toy or your shoe, that’s up to you. She will bark at horses, I am certain they are new to her. She loves other dogs and we would prefer she go to a home with another, preferably confident dog. She isn’t barky in our home but alerts if outside. Although she appears to be a cattle dog mix, possibly with husky, so far she isn’t high energy. She likes comfy beds, hanging with her people and lots of chewy stuff. Queenie is estimated to be 2 yrs old (maybe younger) and 45lbs.
