My story

Hi all!

I'm Sadie and I'm very happy to make my Petfinder debut. It's been a long time in the making, but I've finally arrived. I was rescued from the shelter at 5 weeks old with an extremely bad case of mange. I was pretty darned bald. But with some good food, lots of medicated baths, and a good home, I've made a full comeback and I've got lots of pretty fur, beautiful markings, and look like a million bucks.

I'm a little bit shy, because I wasn't able to go out in public for the first part of my short life, but I'm making up for lost time. It takes me a couple of minutes to get to know new people, but pretty soon, I start wagging my tail, and then my butt wiggles, and then we're friends. I'll need to have someone who is willing to be patient while introducing me to new things. My foster mom is working on that.

I do get along well with all of my furry foster siblings. I love to play with them. I also like to play with toys. Well really, I just love to play.
