Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Doc is a very special boy with a sad story to tell.
Doc was found on the side of a highway with a gunshot to his jaw. Happily a good Samaritan found him and brought him to a local vet.
And Doc got very lucky....the bullet fractured his jaw, but he didn't require surgery. Withing 72 hours he was able to eat & drink on his own and now you'd never know there are bullet fragments inside of him!
Now he is ready to find his furever home to spend his golden years in.
Doc is a very sweet & gentle boy. He would love to have a quiet home with humans he can curl up on the couch with or lie quietly in a cozy bed by their feet. He loves all the attention his people give him.
He is such an easy boy to have around.
He does seem to like watching the sun come up! He can usually be found staring at the sky as it appears.
We don't really know how old Doc is, except that he's a senior. He's fully vetted and despite his gunshot is in great shape!
