My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Maggie Mae is a beautiful, classic calico kitten. She is part of a litter of 5, born under a small building to a small calico mom. For about 4 weeks the kittens were kept hidden, the the calico was seen with two kittens , a black and a calico. A resident called to report he had found the two kittens and a rescue was launched. Two kittens were quickly found - a black and a gray/white. Video footage verified 2 kittens as gray/white and black. Kits were taken and mom was trapped. The next day the resident called again to say he found 3 more! This time there were 2 calico an 1 black - total 5! Maggie Mae was one of the second group, and one of the smallest, but most fierce! When getting her bath, she grabbed the glove and hung on! Must have just been the glove, though, because she quickly became the most loving, playful and precocious of the kittens. Some days she envisions herself a hair dresser and works diligently on her foster mom's hair. She loves toys and appears happy playing either with her siblings or playing with an interactive toy alone. She will make someone a wonderful companion.
