Here's what the humans have to say about me:
My Story
Woof! My name is Junior... Don't judge me based on my kennel presence. I just get so excited at the thought of leaving with one of the families that comes to visit me and my friends here sometimes, that I can seem hyper. I'm a super sweet, playful guy. I love nothing more than to play in the parks here!
I know how to sit, but that is about it because no one has taken the time to train me. The shelter staff are currently working to help me lay down and shake, so very soon I'll be a sitting, laying, shaking, furry bundle of love. I've been neutered, made current on all vaccinations, and received a microchip. I'll never run away though!
I would probably do best in a home where i can be the only dog (more belly rubs for me!... What can I say? I love being loved.) I am seeking a home with no children, given the fact that I do not have much background information for my loving handlers to go on regarding my behavior. But, I mean just look at my face! I'm the cutest! Help me find my fur-ever home!
I was a stray rescued by the Knox County Humane Society No Kill Animal Shelter -Galesburg IL, where I am still living. Please stop in and meet me. I would be thrilled and you won't leave disappointed!
