My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Alyssa Mylano is a 3 month old lab/hound mix who joined the corp all the way from Arkansas with her 7 siblings. Unfortunately, they all broke with Parvo shortly after arriving, but they are now healthy and ready to find their furever home!    Alyssa will be available late in the week of April 14 after her vetting is completed.

This girl is inquisitive and loves to play and snuggle.  Mom is a yellow lab mix and dad didn't stick around, but based on the ticking or speckling, we are guessing he may have been a hound mix.  Alyssa is a fun, playful puppy who plays hard, but loves to snuggle when she's done. She is one of the smaller pups, but definitely has not problem holding her own with her bigger brother, Jack.

She is UTD on vaccinations, is microchipped, dewormed, has been given flea and tick prevention  and has been fixed. This  furbaby  is currently being fostered in Westmont, IL and would love to find a furever home!

Adoption fee is $400. If you are interested in meeting or adopting, please apply online at www.rescuewarriorscorp.org and we will arrange for her to meet your family. Are the dogs currently listed not what you are looking for? Do you have a favorite breed and are having trouble finding it? Feel free to follow us on facebook, we are always saving more dogs.  https://www.facebook.com/RescueWarriorsCorp/

If you can't adopt, please consider a donation care made directly to the rescue via paypal or contact us at info@rescuewarriorscorp.org. We will do our best to respond to any and all requests and contacts as soon as possible, but we are a 100% volunteer run rescue. It is great because that means we can keep our adoption prices low because we are not paying salaries, but all of our volunteers do have families and "real" jobs in order to support our passion of saving animals from euthanasia often just days or hours before they are scheduled to be put to sleep. That being said, one of us are going to do our best to contact via email or by phone within 48 hours of any inquiry. It is not uncommon that when you have made the decision to add to your family and committing to adopting a rescue dog that you are very excited, we just ask that you be patient with us.
