My story

Meet BAIN! Bain is a big dog in a little dog body. He is a 1.5 year old dachshund mix. Bain prefers to play with dogs over toys however, bones will keep this busy boy occupied. Bain is a super quiet dog and he is cautious and shy around new people, but once he knows you he is a happy guy. Bain would do well with a dog who is looking for a playmate, and they will play for hours. He is not picky if it is a big dog or a small dog. Bain is still young and would benefit from basic training with his family, and would do well with children over the age of 10 years of age in the house. Bain is crate and house trained. We are a foster based rescue and require a home visit as part of our application process. Because we are a small group we have a limited adoption radius of 30 miles from Chicago.
