NOTE: Due to Covid 19 travel restrictions, unfortunately all of our transports and adoptions are on hold. Rescues in our organization remain in their home country until they have a family confirmed and waiting. Thank you for your interest in providing one of these special pups a home.

Pyro is a sweet and social boy who loves people and does well with other dogs. He is completely blind. He came from an abusive situation, and the vets do not know exactly what caused the blindness, but it does not appear that he will recover. He has adapted well and still can have a wonderful quality of life with the right family.

He is a very human centered dog, very affectionate and sweet. Calmer than most Pointers. He will need someone who has a stable home environment with safeguards in place to ensure he does not injure himself. He plays and runs like any normal dog and will adjust to new surroundings once he gets settled. He will do best in a home where humans are home more of the day.

Pyro is a rescue from Messinia Greece. We will transport him to the U.S. in June if we can find him a home. We cannot rescue him unless we have a home waiting by June 17.
