Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
If you are looking for an active pup, our handsome Rio may be the guy for you!! He is a 4-month-old husky mix that is just full of fun and mischief. He loves people and other dogs. He is only about 17 pounds now, but he has a lot of growing to do to catch up with those feet. He will be a big boy with a big heart. He is super sweet and cuddly (he doesn’t realize how big he is). He is ready to start learning what it means to be a part of a family. He would do great with some kids to romp with or would make a great hiking or running companion for an active adult. He is doing well with his housetraining but, of course, he does have a ways to go. If you think Rio may be the guy for you, send us an email soon at info@ciatn.org.
**All Compassion in Action dogs must be adopted by families willing to have their pets be a part of their family and must be allowed inside—especially at night. No dog is allowed to be put on a “tie-out” or chain outside and should be walked on a leash when not in a fenced yard.
**All Compassion in Action dogs and cats are spayed/neutered, microchipped and up-to-date on all vaccinations prior to adoption.
**All Compassion in Action dogs and cats are in foster care in middle Tennessee and will be transported to our drop off sites after their adoption.
