My story

MEET ARTEMIS!

I am a super sweet 6-7 year old female black labrador rescued by Beagle Freedom Project from the Chinese meat trade! I was treated badly but saved and now I am so loved in my foster home in Canada. I live with another large female dog and love her so much. I can also be adopted by a family who does not have other dogs.

I am very friendly and love people and dogs. I am not sure about cats because I haven't met one, but I bet we'd be friends because I am a gentle, easy-going girl. I enjoy being outdoors most. I love the sunshine and going on relaxing walks with my foster family.

I am a mellow dog and I am intelligent. I understand using the bathroom outside and listen to basic commands. I know that whoever adopts me will be very happy that they chose to open their hearts and home up to me. I am going to make someone smile everyday for the rest of my life.
