Paige is a 9-year-old spayed female black lab. Paige weighs 73 pounds (and needs to lose a few) and is up to date on shots. Paige is bonded with Max and the two must be adopted together.
Max and Paige are a bonded brother and sister pair. Max is a chocolate delight with hazel eyes and a happy smile. Paige is a black beauty with a big head and floppy ears. Don’t let the gray muzzles fool you because this playful pair still loves to have fun! They enjoy fetching balls, splashing in the kiddie pool, running in the yard, and riding in the car. They are well trained on recall and know multiple commands including sit, stay, bark and high five. These sweet siblings will make a great addition to any home. They are good with dogs and cats and APPROVED FOR KIDS OF ALL AGES.
Paige and Max are settling in with their fosters. This happy pair enjoyed the ride home, and love riding as close as they can get - to you and to each other! They celebrated their freedom with a romp and roll in the yard - check it out on video.
UPDATE: Paige and Max are looking for a new family to call their own. They are the sweetest, most well-behaved dogs. They adore being by people and follow their foster family around the house. They love giving kisses and being petted - especially a good, old belly rub. They are great with kids of all ages and did amazing with the four resident kids - the love giving kisses and playing ball with them. They are also great with the two older resident dogs (a Lab and an Havanese). They are gentle and kind and truly love each other, often sleeping side-by-side. Paige likes to rest her head on Max’s when they sleep. They respond well to correction on the leash and do not bark or lunge at other dogs. They enjoy all the neighborhood kids giving them love and attention, and of course they shared kisses with all the kids they met! They showed off their tricks and earned some treats. They sleep all night on the floor on their own bed in the master bedroom. They enjoy riding in the car, but beware that Paige thinks she is a lap dog. Paige and Max's foster family thinks they are amazing and would adopt them if they could handle two more dogs long-term!
