I am looking for help in posting a dog for adoption that I have been fostering.

Two months ago, a stray dog showed up on some rural land I own. He was severely underweight and had an infection on his neck where he had been bitten.

I decided to foster him and get him healthy and then find him a good home. He is now at a healthy weight and fully recovered. He has had all his shots, been neutered, and is on heart guard and flea and tick prevention.

He is a very sweet and friendly dog. Barry is approximately one year old male, German shepherd hound mix. He is very smart and learns quickly. He is now house broken and is being crate trained. He is learning to walk on a leash. He gets along with other dogs ( we have three) but not cats (we have three as well). If it were not for our cats I would keep him.

I am looking for any help you might be able to offer in finding him a good home. I am not looking for any financial reimbursement. I just want to find him a loving home.

Barry's adoption fee is $150.
