Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
My name is Angel and I am a 5-month-old black lab mix who had a pretty rough start at life. When I was a young pup, I was hit by a car and left to my own defenses with road rash and a severely injured hip and leg. A kind Samaritan saved me from the street and DLRR took me in and life has been grand since! I have been healing and getting my hip to work again and it’s coming along but may need surgery as I get older, but I'm a puppy so it really doesn't bother me much. I love to run, jump and play with my fur foster brother and sister. They are really big dogs and I just want to keep up with them. One of them goes in the pool all the time but I just sit and watch her. I'm not too sure about that pool thing but I do love water and chasing the hose when my foster mom is watering plants. I also try to climb in the shower or bath with my humans but haven't achieved getting all the way in yet. I love to play with toys and the human teenagers in my foster home. I haven't been leash trained yet but my foster mom says I'm very smart and willing to please and she thinks I will be easy to train to take walks. I love everything and everyone. I am kennel trained and I need to be in there when left alone because I'm a puppy with sharp teeth and constantly chew on things. I'm almost completely potty trained when given ample opportunities to go outside. I have not had any accidents while in my kennel. I sleep all night either in my kennel or in a doggie bed next to my foster mom.
Did I mention I'm a complete love bug and love belly rubs and cuddles. I have learned how to
sit. I’m learning the word stay but that one is a little harder because I just get so excited. I've 15
not yet been spayed so I'll need to go into a Foster to Adopt home. That means we can hang out together until I'm completely ready for adoption.
