He was hand raised from a nest of chicks. The owner became disabled and can no longer care for them. She surrendered them to rescue to ensure their safety. Used to sing and dance to the song Tequila and the Adams Family. Very beautiful bird that will grow longer tail feathers if kept in a larger cage with no crowding.
