Here's what the humans have to say about me:
FOSTER HOME NEEDED: When Rusty checked to the spa at The Cocker Inn, he was a stinky mess. Because of the amount of feces that had accumulated in his matted coat, we suspect that he lived in a cage and had been used as a breeder dog. The strip down revealed some nasty ears and an infection that needed immediate attention but after a few weeks in the medical wing, he is recovering nicely. He still needs to go through heartworm treatment (he is very light positive) but would love to check out of the medical wing and into a foster home where he can finish his rehab. This little guy weighs less than 20 pounds and is as cute as a button.
If you would like to foster Rusty and help with his recovery, just click on the following link to read about fostering and to complete the foster application: http://cockerkids.org/fostering.html
