Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Scruffy! Scruffy is a happy, super-friendly, house trained little boy whose tail never stops wagging. A perfect gentleman on the leash, he is also a perfect rider in the car. He loves to play with toys and enjoys occasional cuddles with his foster mom and dad. Scruffy was sprung from a shelter and is now enjoying life with multiple foster dog siblings, lots of wonderful naps, and happily following his foster parents from room to room. He is crate trained, but doesn’t need to be crated when left at home, as he is not a chewer. Scruffy is believed to be around 9 years old, is neutered, and weighs 18.5 pounds. He is up to date on all his vaccines. He has nice teeth that his foster mom brushes daily. He does get a little protective of his treats, and will tell his biggest foster brother to back off a bit if he looks a little too interested. Scruffy REALLY enjoys his treats, and will sometimes try to take some from the other dogs in the house!
Scruffy is in good health overall however he does have Cushing’s disease (pituitary-based), and needs medications every day with food in the morning at around the same time. He will have this condition for the rest of his life, and will need regular vet check ups. Whoever is lucky enough to adopt this sweet-faced, loving, beautifully behaved little boy will need to be able to help little Scruffy manage this condition. If you would like more information on this very sweet and special boy, please reach out to HBSR!
