Arrival story: Because our sweet Clementine needs to be the only dog in her home, her family is seeking a new family to meet that need.

Approximate age / Weight: 4 years old and 53 lbs.

Personality: Clementine's main focus in life is humans! This girl is extremely affectionate and cuddly. She will fall asleep on your lap, and nothing makes her happier than getting petted and sharing her affection, even with strangers. She adores the kiddos, too.

Clementine's list of fun-loving activities is long, but to name a few, she enjoys swimming, hiking, fetch, tug, walks and running. She's got fabulous house manners and is a good girl when left alone so a crate is not needed. Clemmie also enjoys car rides.

Clementine isn't a fan of other dogs. She'll need to be the only canine in the home. She is dog-reactive while on walks so to help her through this, she is currently on some meds. Clemmie can be anxious in new situations and is not a fan of roads with a lot of noisy traffic.

Forever home: No first-time dog parents for Clementine, please. She is looking for a home with a physically fenced yard preferably in a quieter setting/neighborhood and no other pets in the home. Like we said, people are Clementine's focus and she'll be quite content to love on her humans and anyone who visits.
