Arrival story: Maisy’s family asked us to help re-home her. She is loved and cared for but is an energetic pup that needs more from her humans than can currently be provided.

Approximate Age / Weight: 8 months old and 57 lbs.

Personality: This happy-go-lucky, pretty girl is up for adventure! She loves a good romp in the back yard and is always ready to play. She runs the fence line with her dog pals who live next door. She is good at fetch! Maisy has lots of toys that she will gather around her or she’ll carry those toys. Maisy enjoys baths and we suspect she has a love of the water in general and would be up for pool time or trips to the lake.

She is content to sleep on a dog bed in the bedroom at night and is crated when her people are gone. Maisy is good at the vet’s office and on car rides, but she is a wiggle-butt, so a Kong-filled toy or treats will help keep her occupied. Maisy is currently attending training class, too. .

Forever Home: Our playful girl would do best with an active person/family. She’ll enjoy a canine pal who can match her energy level and get to spend some time in the water. A physical fence is required. No electric fences, please
