Many of us have challenges in our lives. Huck has a challenge of his own: he’s deaf, and that’s a tough one for anybody. But this wonderful boy is an inspiration to us all for finding happiness.
Huck doesn’t let his challenges get in his way. Instead, this loving, confident boy spreads his joy of living all around him. Huck is a young adult, just 11 months old, and he weighs 42 lbs. He might grow a little more, but has pretty much reached full size.
The pictures show how happy, attentive and smiley he is. What they don’t show is that he knows hand signals for the basic commands! He loves to please people and watches closely so he can do what he’s asked to do. Other than that, he’s a typical, healthy, young guy who enjoys playtime and walks and most of all, time with his family. And like other dogs, he’ll tell you that he’s ready for play or love. That tail can wag with the best of them!
Huck is crate trained and walks calmly on a leash. He is working on house training too, although it’s possible there could be an accident or two as he adapts to a new home. He has been neutered and is up to date on all his vaccinations.
Ready to share your life with Huck and his challenges? Huck is ready to share his love and his joy with you.
