My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Ruth is one beautiful house hippo. She came into the shelter on a court case, was clearly bred, bred, and bred some more. They would take her puppies away almost instantly and you could see the pain in her eyes from the years of torment and abuse. You wouldn't know that now though! She's living her best life in VT with her foster mom and her crew. She enjoys teasing her boy dog siblings and being spoiled by her foster mom. If anyone deserves a lifetime of love, it's this girl. She's earned it.
