Sweet, shy April came to the Goathouse in the spring of 2018 along with her adorable litter of kittens. Her babies have all found homes of their own, but April is still waiting for that special someone to come along. April doesn’t tend to seek out attention, but with her calm and gentle personality, we just know she’d be a purrfect match for anyone seeking a quiet furry companion to join their family. Come meet April and you’ll see for yourself what a sweetheart she is!

Siglinda Scarpa is a potter and a sculpter who owns 3 acres of fenced-in property in which she houses up to 258 homeless cats.The Refuge is a sanctuary for these cats, who never have to leave, but if they are adoptable, the cats are posted on our website and taken to adoption events in the community. The more cats that we find homes for, the more cats we can rescue.
